GRID-OS Executive Assessment
How much digital friction is slowing your organisation down?
Digital friction appears when priorities, websites, teams, suppliers and measurement no longer work as one connected system.
Take the five-minute GRID-OS Digital Friction Check to see where progress is moving, where it is becoming fragmented and which areas deserve attention next. Answer based on how your organisation works today—not how it is intended to work. There are no wrong answers; an honest result is more useful than a high score.

The problem
Digital activity is not the same as digital progress.
Your organisation may already have a website, active campaigns, SEO, content, internal teams and external suppliers. But can leadership clearly see:
- What matters most over the next 90 days
- Who owns each priority
- Where customers are losing confidence or failing to convert
- Whether SEO and content support commercial goals
- How teams and suppliers depend on one another
- Which digital activities are producing measurable progress
What the check covers
Five connected areas
When these elements are disconnected, more activity can create more complexity without producing better outcomes. The GRID-OS Digital Friction Check provides a structured view of how well they currently work together.
Each area is scored from 0 to 20. Together they produce one Digital Alignment Score from 0 to 100.
The five areas
-
01
Digital priorities & leadership
A clear 90-day direction, and one senior owner connecting it to execution.
-
02
Website, UX & conversion
Whether the site communicates value, and where users hesitate or drop.
-
03
SEO, content & discoverability
Whether search, content and AI visibility follow commercial priorities.
-
04
Teams, agencies & ownership
Whether internal teams and suppliers share priorities and decision rights.
-
05
Measurement & roadmap
Whether leadership can see progress, outcomes and decisions required.
Scored individually, read as one system.
How it works
A focused diagnosis in three steps

2. Receive your GRID-OS Digital Alignment Score. Your answers produce an overall score from 0 to 100 and separate results across five areas.
3. See where friction is limiting progress. Identify your strongest area, your primary friction area, and the priorities that deserve attention next.

Why N-2V
Built from real digital delivery, not an abstract maturity model
N-2V works across strategy, websites, UX/UI, SEO, e-commerce, communication and cross-functional execution for professional services, B2B trading, non-profit and regulated organisations, Shopify businesses and founder-led companies.
The recurring issue behind many projects is that useful work is happening, while the connections between priorities, owners, suppliers and outcomes remain difficult to see.
GRID-OS connects those elements through three parts: a retainer for senior digital ownership and agreed capacity, roadmaps with clear Now, Next and Later priorities, and reporting that gives a decision-focused view of progress, outcomes and blockers.
The Digital Friction Check is directional. The Alignment Sprint provides a deeper executive diagnosis and a prioritised 90-day roadmap.
Common questions
Questions we are asked most.
What is digital friction?
Digital friction is the loss of progress caused by disconnected priorities, unclear ownership, weak customer journeys, uncoordinated teams or limited measurement.
What does GRID-OS stand for?
GRID-OS is short for Growth, Resource & Intelligence Digital Operating System — the model N-2V uses to run the digital side of a business as one connected system rather than a series of separate projects. It has three parts: a retainer for senior digital ownership, prioritised roadmaps, and monthly reporting. The Digital Friction Check is the entry point to it: a five-minute diagnostic showing how connected those elements currently are in your organisation.
What does the check measure?
It covers leadership, website and conversion, SEO and discoverability, teams and ownership, and measurement and roadmap clarity.
How long does it take?
Ten questions normally take approximately five minutes.
Do I need analytics or documents?

An overall score, profile, five area scores, strengths, friction areas and three priorities.
Is this a technical website audit?
No. It does not replace an SEO, UX, analytics, security or legal audit.

No. It indicates that work may be fragmented and clarifies where to begin.
Will I receive a sales call?
You can view the result without booking. A score review is optional.
What happens during the review?
We examine the two highest-friction areas, validate context and discuss the most useful next step.
Is the result a formal audit?
