Caritasverband Landshut · Digital Platform & Service Access
A digital platform that made essential community services easier to find and access.
Caritasverband Landshut supports people across a broad range of social services.
Over a nine-year collaboration, N-2V has helped strengthen the organisation's digital presence — starting with a clearer, more accessible website and a platform built to support communication, applications and day-to-day service access.
Project scope
Three areas of work.
Information architecture & navigation
A clearer structure for a broad range of services, helping visitors find relevant information without having to understand the internal organisation first.
Accessible digital experience
A responsive, user-friendly interface designed around clear content hierarchy, consistency and easier access across devices.
Content, forms & operational tools
Flexible publishing, news and service updates, plus online forms that support contact requests, applications and internal processes.
The challenge
What was not working.
When important services are hard to find, digital work is not doing its job.
The previous Caritas Landshut website had an outdated design and an unclear structure. Visitors found it difficult to locate relevant services and navigate the organisation's broad offering. The site also lacked practical digital tools: forms were limited, recruitment and contact processes were harder than necessary, and publishing news, reports and updates required too much effort.
- Service information was difficult to find and understand
- Navigation did not reflect visitors' real needs
- Online forms and digital application pathways were missing
- Editorial updates were difficult to publish consistently
- The website did not fully support Caritas Landshut as a public communication platform

What changed for the business.
A website that better supports the people it exists to serve.
The result is a modern, responsive platform that makes information, services and digital contact pathways more accessible. It gives Caritas Landshut a clearer way to communicate with the public, maintain timely content and support key processes online.
- Services grouped so visitors can find them without knowing the internal structure
- Contact and application requests handled through online forms
- News, reports and service updates published without developer involvement
- A responsive experience across desktop, tablet and mobile
- A nine-year working relationship, with the platform maintained and extended over time
